Experienced Senior Video Editor for Founder's Personal Brand Content - Long-Term Hourly Retainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor for a long-term hourly retainer position. This role is crucial for managing and elevating the personal brand content of an 18-year-old founder launching a tech company across six markets in June 2026. This is an opportunity for a long-term partnership, with compensation designed to grow significantly as the company's revenue ramps up post-launch.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, platform-ready video content for various social media channels.

Scope of Work:
*  Produce 8-12 short-form video clips per week for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
*  Produce 1-2 long-form videos per month for YouTube.
*  Receive raw founder footage, including talking head segments, walk-and-talks, and behind-the-scenes content.
*  Deliver polished edits complete with professional captions, seamless cuts, engaging motion graphics, and appropriate background music.
*  Ensure a consistent turnaround time of 48 hours per batch of content.
*  All deliveries will be managed via a shared Google Drive.

Key Requirements:
*  Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience.
*  A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
*  Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
*  Excellent English communication skills.
*  Proven reliability and a strong async work ethic, capable of managing tasks across different time zones.
