I am seeking an experienced freelancer to create a detailed 3D model of a pendulum-type bird nest and perform comprehensive structural simulations. The primary challenge lies in accurately representing the irregular structure, composed of dispersed and intertwined fibers, which requires advanced modeling techniques. The project involves using industry-standard software for both modeling and simulation.
Key project requirements include:
- Development of a precise 3D model of the bird nest, capturing its unique pendulum design and fibrous composition.
- Execution of structural simulations to analyze the nest's behavior under various conditions.
Specific simulations required:
- Wind load analysis: Evaluate the nest's stability and deformation when subjected to typical wind forces.
- Live load analysis: Simulate the structural response and stress distribution with the weight of two birds inside the nest.
- Material comparison: Analyze the changes in structural resistance and overall behavior if the natural fibers are replaced with polyethylene fibers, providing insights into material suitability.
I have some basic knowledge of SolidWorks and Ansys, but the complexity of this irregular fiber structure necessitates expert assistance to ensure accurate modeling and reliable simulation results. The goal is to gain a clear understanding of the nest's structural integrity and performance under different environmental and loading scenarios.
