Expert Pulp & Paper Consultant for Tissue Manufacturing Strategy & Optimization

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional consultant specializing in the pulp and paper industry, with a proven track record in tissue paper manufacturing. The primary objective of this project is to develop and implement robust technical and commercial strategies to enhance our tissue paper production operations. The consultant will be responsible for a comprehensive process evaluation, identifying key areas for improvement. This includes optimizing our chemical programs to improve efficiency and reduce waste, pinpointing significant cost reduction opportunities across the production chain, and implementing strategies to boost overall productivity. Furthermore, the role involves preparing detailed technical reports and compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. The ultimate goal is to achieve a substantial increase in operational efficiency, significantly reduce production costs, and improve the quality of our tissue paper products, all while ensuring the stability and reliability of our manufacturing processes.
