Expert Video Editor for High-Volume Social Media Shorts & Reels (Abm Focus)

I am seeking a highly skilled and creative video editor to transform long-form video content into dynamic and engaging short-form videos, including shorts and reels, for distribution across multiple social media platforms. The ideal freelancer will be adept at crafting content that captures audience attention and is optimized for each platform's unique requirements. This role involves a high volume of videos, with an expectation of 20 or more videos per week, and we are looking for a long-term collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:
- Editing provided long-form videos (or trimmed segments) into various tiers of short-form content (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 edits - depends on the necessary level of edtiing).
- Making necessary adjustments for optimal performance on different social networks.
- Implementing strong hooks to immediately grab viewer interest.
- Utilizing seamless transitions to maintain flow and engagement.
- Incorporating professional sound effects (SFX) and background music to enhance video dynamics.
- Applying graphic motions and on-screen text to convey key messages and add visual appeal.
- Ensuring consistent branding elements are integrated throughout all video edits.
- Adapting video formats, aspect ratios, and content nuances for optimal performance on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn (company and personal pages).

I am  looking for a freelancer with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to produce high-quality, impactful short-form video content. Familiarity with marketing principles, specifically Account Based Marketing (ABM), is important for adapting content effectively. English speaking is a must.
