Scope of Work:

1. Legal Consultation:

Offer advice on divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.

Explain legal rights and options to clients.



2. Document Drafting and Review:

Prepare divorce petitions, custody agreements, and prenuptial/postnuptial contracts.

Review child support agreements and visitation plans.



3. Mediation and Conflict Resolution:

Facilitate negotiation sessions between parties to reach amicable solutions.

Draft mediation agreements for court approval.



4. Court Representation Preparation:

Help clients prepare evidence, witness lists, and legal arguments.

Liaise with family court officials and ensure proper filing of documents.



5. Workshops and Legal Awareness:

Conduct family law workshops on marriage laws, child protection, and spousal rights.

Provide educational materials about legal processes.
