Fashion Designer for Premium Menswear Essentials Brand

We are seeking a talented freelance fashion designer to collaborate on the early stages of a new menswear brand. Our brand focuses on clean, minimal, and premium essentials, drawing inspiration from aesthetics similar to Massimo Dutti. We place a strong emphasis on exceptional fit, high-quality fabrics, and subtle yet impactful design details.

The initial product focus will be on elevated basics, specifically T-shirts made from 100% cotton, featuring contrast detailing and premium finishes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing initial design concepts that align with the brand's minimalist and premium aesthetic.
Creating detailed technical packs (tech packs) for manufacturers, ensuring clear communication of design specifications.
Providing expert advice on fabric selection, garment fits, and construction techniques to achieve the desired quality and feel.
Offering comprehensive support throughout the product development cycle, from initial concept generation through to sampling and final production preparation.
