After a recent brand refresh, we’re ready to modernise our high-traffic website (1 500+ model profiles) with a sharper, cleaner front-end, while keeping our established logo, colours and typefaces intact.

Next.js,. Your job is to deliver pixel-perfect Figma designs that their engineers can build.
PHASE 1 – Discovery & Mood-Board
Focus – Rapid audit of the current site, gather inspiration, align on look & feel.
Key outputs – Mood-board / style tiles, plus small annotated wireframes if helpful.
PHASE 2 – High-Fidelity Design
Focus – Apply our brand assets in a modern, minimal layout (mostly black-and-white, larger imagery, less empty white space).
Key outputs – Complete Figma screens for:
• Home page
• Talent category grids (Female, Non-Binary, etc.)
• Individual model profile page (gallery, stats, links)
• Search & filter states
• Blog / static pages
• Application & contact forms
• Reusable component library
PHASE 3 – Handoff & Iteration
Focus – Organise components (auto-layout, variants), prepare slice/export specs, and provide quick tweaks during the dev QA week.
Key outputs – Final structured Figma file, click-through prototype, and developer notes.
Must-Have Skills
Expert Figma workflows (components, variants, constraints, prototypes)
Strong typographic & grid sense; able to work within fixed brand guidelines
Mobile-first & responsive thinking
Confident designing for image-heavy, content-rich sites
Clear, proactive communication (we’re in the UK; some timezone overlap needed)
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with React/
Next.js handoff quirks (states, animations, viewport units)
Portfolio-site experience
Awareness of SEO, accessibility, and page-speed best practices
