Firmar un archivo XML con un certificado digital (pfx) del tipo SHA256, en lenguaje VB.NET.

El XML firmado será trasmitido a un webservices operativo de una entidad pública, lo cual permitirá validar que el entregable está correcto.
El xml a trasmitir al webservices no hay que programarlo, solo lo haremos para validar que el firmado este correcto, puedes utilizar soapui u acordar otra herramienta a tu gusto que cumpla con el mismo objetivo.
