Fix Wordpress Menu Issues and Add Submenu

I need assistance with my existing WordPress website, www.behmenburg.ch. The website uses the "Novo" theme and has specific issues with the navigation menu on both desktop and mobile views.

Current Issues:
- On the desktop version, the menu icon (three stripes in the top left corner) is not clickable.
- On the mobile version, the menu icon is incorrectly positioned on the right side; it should be in the top left corner.

Required Functionality:
- Fix the unclickable menu icon issue on the desktop site.
- Correct the positioning of the menu icon on the mobile site to the top left corner.
- Implement a submenu that appears when the menu icon is clicked on both desktop and mobile.
- The submenu should include the following links:
    - Contact information
    - Link to the Impressum and Data Protection declaration (content will be provided)
    - Button/link for downloading my standard TFP contract.
