A Landing Page já esta pronta totalmente em HTML Simples, faltando somente o formulário.
Tenho Referencia do Formulário e outros detalhes também
Os 4 campos são Nome, Idade, Resultado e E-mail.


Ao clicar no botão o formulário é enviado e a pessoa é redirecionada para a pagina 2.
