Freelance website

Hello Everyone,
I want help to create a website like Fivver but I don't want an exact copy of it I want an original design but with this you can make an idea in your mind about what I am looking for.
I want Freelancers(users) to offer the professional services just like in fivver, also I want another feature where they can also apply to job postings posted by employers (combining these 2 functions).  For Freelancers I want them to be able to create a full profile where they identity be proven, so they can be trustworthy to employers, they can create a resume, also be able to submit their resume and cover letter in PDF, a place where they can place their skills and strengths, where they can add education, certifications, working experience (an example of this can be LinkedIn), and also where they can add their portfolio of previous projects and so the link to the cloud where they have it storage.

For employers I want also a verification system it can be through social media profiles, where then can add vital information, who are they, where they are located, contact number, email address, etc.

I want also a membership system to be added that we can discuss further and then a commission worth system. (We can discuss this further later). Also I want a chat system that can be used for customer service instances only.


There are lots of WordPress engine templates that you can use, so I just buy one of them and then the host and you only will help me to make the changes I want and add or remove the features I need.
