Full-Stack Designer: Figma to Webflow & Brand Collateral

We are looking for a full-stack designer who can take a brand system and bring it fully to life, from polished Figma layouts to a seamless Webflow build. You will work from an established brand architecture and visual direction, but own the full execution: designing pages, illustrations, and interactions that feel refined, dynamic, and intelligent. You should be equally comfortable in Figma and Webflow, able to translate static designs into responsive, animation-rich, production-ready sites. Every interaction, hover, and transition should feel subtle and purposeful, the kind of motion that gives life without distraction. The website should convey a sense of precision and calm sophistication through typography, rhythm, and spatial balance. You will take responsibility for all visual fulfillment: designing the full set of pages, creating light brand illustrations and integrating everything inside Webflow with clean structure and smart responsiveness. The experience should feel cohesive, elevated, and effortless. In addition to the website, you will also design supporting brand collateral such as pdf one-pagers, presentation templates, and digital assets that reflect the same aesthetic dna as the site. Everything you create should share a single visual logic and tone. We need a designer who can imagine, construct, and refine.
