Full-Time Ui/Ux Designer & Social Media Graphic Creator for Digital Agency

Hive Media, a growing digital agency specializing in marketing, branding, web development, and software solutions for clients in industries such as HVAC, construction, manufacturing, and local services, is seeking a Full-Time UI Designer who can also handle social media graphic design for our clients. This is a long-term position and requires availability for a full working shift (40 hours per week).

This role combines structured ui/ux work with fast-paced marketing creative execution.

Responsibilities:

ui/ux design:

design modern, conversion-focused website interfaces
create landing page mockups for marketing campaigns
design saas dashboards and admin panels
maintain organized figma files and reusable components
deliver developer-ready designs with responsive states
apply ux best practices and conversion principles

social media & marketing design:

create posts, carousels, and branded graphics
design paid ad creatives (meta, google, linkedin)
adapt visuals to different formats (feed, stories, banners)
follow brand guidelines for multiple clients
collaborate with marketing team for campaign alignment

requirements:

strong proficiency in figma
solid understanding of ui/ux fundamentals
experience designing landing pages
experience creating social media graphics
strong typography and layout skills
good english communication
availability to overlap with us time zones

nice to have:

experience designing saas or crm interfaces
basic knowledge of html/css
motion graphics basics
