Graphic Designer with Admin Support for Apparel Company

Signet Marketing is seeking a talented and organized Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will initially be part-time with the strong potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and company needs. The primary focus will be on creating design mockups for screen-printed apparel, ensuring high-quality visuals and accurate proofs for client approval. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for order input and managing efficiently processing orders. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, addressing inquiries and providing support. Accurately enter customer orders into our proprietary software system. Develop creative and precise design mockups for various screen-printed apparel projects. Prepare and send design proofs to clients for review and approval, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions. Prepare and print film for screen printing production once designs are finalized and approved.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in graphic design, particularly with apparel or print-ready designs. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
