We are seeking a highly skilled freelance hardware developer to design and prototype a robust, portable, and industrial-grade Data Acquisition (DAQ) system. This device is crucial for field diagnostics and condition monitoring, requiring the capability to accurately record various industrial signals.
The core functionality of the DAQ system will involve acquiring data from the following types of sensors:
- Pressure sensors
- Ultrasonic sensors
- Vibration sensors
- Magnetic pickup sensors (for tdc/rpm measurements)
the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in:
- embedded hardware design and development.
- Advanced signal conditioning techniques to ensure accurate data capture from diverse industrial sensors.
- Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) integration and optimization for high-fidelity data acquisition.
- Developing complete, functional working prototypes suitable for industrial environments.
