About the Role
We're looking for an AI Graphic Designer who understands that in a direct response environment, creative is a performance lever — not just a visual one. You'll produce high-converting static ad creative, landing page assets, and email graphics at speed, using AI image generation tools to dramatically expand our output without sacrificing quality. You'll work hand-in-hand with our media buyers to design winning angles and iterate quickly based on what the data tells us. If you're energized by fast feedback loops, love testing creative concepts, and know how to make an image stop a scroll and drive a click — this role is for you.

What you will do:

Design high-converting paid social ads for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok — with a strong grasp of direct response principles: hooks, offers, urgency, and social proof.
Produce landing page and advertorial assets in close collaboration with our CRO and copy teams to support product launches and ongoing tests.
Create email graphics — headers, banners, and modular assets — for promotional and lifecycle campaigns in Klaviyo.
Leverage AI image generation tools (Adobe, Nano Banana, Freepik, Higgsfield, Flux or similar)  to produce lifestyle imagery, product composites, and scene-based visuals at scale.
Iterate rapidly — generate multiple variations of winning creative concepts (different hooks, formats, overlays) to support a continuous testing cadence.
Collaborate on creative strategy — participate in weekly creative debriefs, reviewing what's winning, what's failing, and why, then translating those insights into new design directions.
Maintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting visual style to dr-native formats (native-looking, ugc-style, product-forward, offer-led).
Manage and organize the creative asset library — keeping files properly named, versioned, and accessible for the broader team.

What we are looking for:

15-20 hour per week commitment; $12-18 usd per hour
3–5 years of graphic design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a dtc, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment.
A portfolio that includes paid social ads, email graphics, or landing page assets — work that was built to convert, not just to look good.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; comfortable in Figma and InDesign.
Hands-on production experience with at least one AI image generation platform (Adobe, Nano Banana, Freepik, Higgsfield, Flux or similar)
Working understanding of direct response creative principles — visual hierarchy, benefit-first framing, CTA placement, and offer presentation.
Comfortable working at high volume with fast turnarounds — a 24–48 hour brief-to-asset cycle is standard here.
Strong ability to receive and apply data-driven feedback — you can hear "this ad had a 0.3% CTR" and translate that into a design decision.
Bonus: experience with motion graphics, GIF ads, or basic video editing for Reels/TikTok formats.
Bonus: familiarity with Meta Ads Manager ad specs, placements, and format requirements.
