We are seeking a skilled freelancer to design and launch a high-converting landing page using Webflow. The primary goal of this page is to collect leads, specifically email signups or waitlist registrations, for our new application. The project is expected to be completed within a 4-week timeframe, following a structured approach to ensure a successful launch.
Project Phases and Deliverables:
Week 1: Planning & Research
The freelancer will work to define the app's core value proposition and identify the ideal target users, understanding what will motivate them to sign up. This phase includes gathering design references and sketching a basic wireframe for the page layout.
Deliverables: A clear landing page goal (e.g., "Get early access"), a concise one-sentence tagline and value proposition, and a comprehensive list of all required sections for the landing page.
Week 2: Design & Webflow Setup
The freelancer will draft the page design, optionally using Canva to test layouts and visual concepts. Following design approval, the project will be set up in Webflow, either by customizing a free template or building from scratch. All necessary assets, such as the app logo, mockups, screenshots, and icons, must be prepared for integration.
Deliverables: A Canva mockup of the landing page (if used for drafting) and a Webflow project initiated with its foundational structure in place.
Week 3: Webflow Development
This week focuses on building out all sections of the landing page within Webflow. Key sections include a compelling hero section with a strong headline, subheadline, and call-to-action (CTA); a section detailing app features, ideally with supporting icons or images; a social proof or testimonials section (if applicable); an email capture section featuring a functional form and a "Get early access" button; and a footer with essential contact or social links. Mobile responsiveness must be a priority throughout the build.
Deliverables: A fully built landing page in Webflow, optimized for seamless viewing and interaction across all mobile devices.
Week 4: Testing, Launch & Promotion
The final phase involves thorough testing of the lead capture form, ensuring it integrates correctly with an email service (such as Mailchimp, Zapier, or Google Sheets). The page must be optimized for loading speed and search engine visibility (SEO), including proper title tags, meta descriptions, and alt text for images. Upon successful testing, the page will be launched, followed by initial promotion on social media, relevant forums, or through direct outreach.
Deliverables: A live, fully functional landing page and the collection of the first batch of signups or leads.
