your job is to take our existing educational content and make it more engaging and optimized for social growth.

Responsibilities
Create short-form content from existing videos
Improve hooks, retention, and engagement
Write scripts for approval
Use tools like:
HeyGen
CapCut
OpusClip
ChatGPT
Canva
Create AI avatar videos
Add captions, overlays, and editing
Deliver final reels/videos for approval
Schedule or publish approved content

Ideal Candidate
Experienced with Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Skilled in AI content workflows
Strong editing and hook-writing skills
Understands educational storytelling
Organized and proactive
Have experience in parenting, wellness, health, or education niches.
