I’m exploring the possibility of working with a freelancer for a 3D project for a House Project.
We already have the editable file in AutoCAD format, as well as the topographic plan.
What we’re considering is creating a 3D model of the house(interior, exterior and surroundings) that we could explore interactively at our own pace, instead of just having static renders.
Would that be possible? If so, what software would you use to deliver the model?
Lastly, could you please confirm if you issue an invoice for the work?
