I have a website designed on PSD and I need the HTML layout using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and parallax scrolling. I also need a customized framework like Twitter Bootstrap for further page designs.

Requirements: responsive layout .
Skills required: Jinja2 (flask could be great)
Notes: I also have a HTML template than could be modified.
