I would like to get a web based Desktop/Server app workflow tool, which has auto email reminders on their pending tasks, and Reports of set formats. Tasks are in form of Risk and Controls and their various parameters. Necessary documents attached against their tasks as evidence etc.
Attached i the excel file which explain the structure of the database and how its linked.
