Buscamos un especialista que de soporte, haga pruebas y administre la plataforma RH iCIMS.
ICIMS Platform Administration: Experience with the iCIMS user interface for configuration tasks, such as adding and managing custom fields, editing requisition and workflow statuses, and setting up system-level permissions.
ICIMS Integration Framework: Familiarity with iCIMS's integration methods, which include:
REST APIs: Experience with the Icims rest api to programmatically insert, update, or retrieve data from the platform. This is crucial for custom integration and bulk data operations.
Flat-file transfers: Knowledge of setting up and managing file-based integrations, which use quote-qualified csv, xml, or other formats to import and export data via sftp.
Data Mapping: Expertise in creating and managing data maps between iCIMS and other systems, such as a Human Capital Management (HCM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This includes synchronizing data like employee records, job data, and candidate information.
Data Entry and Integrity: Experience performing bulk data entry operations, such as synchronizing existing employee records into iCIMS. The consultant should have a methodical approach to ensure data accuracy and resolve any data integrity issues that arise.
Troubleshooting: Diagnostic skills to investigate and fix integration issues. This includes examining log files, API responses, and configuration settings to resolve errors related to data transfer, field mapping, or status changes. Experience with specific iCIMS integration error messages is a plus.
Workflow Management: The ability to add and configure new workflow statuses and ensure they trigger correctly as a candidate moves through the hiring process.
Development Tools: Experience with development tools for testing API endpoints, like Postman, to validate and debug API calls
