We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer/Architect to collaborate on detailed design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. The scope of work includes:

Concept Development: Space planning, mood boards, and design concepts.

2D Drawings & Working Details: Accurate layouts, furniture plans, lighting & ceiling drawings.

3D Modeling & Rendering: Realistic renders of interiors and exteriors to visualize the final look.

Material & Color Consultation: Recommendations for finishes, textures, and aesthetics.

Production Drawings: Contractor-ready working drawings and execution details.

Preferred Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, 3ds Max/Lumion, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop.

Deliverables:

Complete 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations).

3D renders (high-quality, photorealistic).

Revisions until the final design meets expectations.
