Junior Social Media Video Editor & Content Manager for Stage Lighting Company

A stage lighting company is seeking a Junior Social Media Video Editor & Content Manager based in Mexico to handle daily content creation and management across various platforms. This role requires a dedicated individual to manage our online presence and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Edit one video daily from provided footage, ensuring high-quality output.
* Publish daily content across all designated social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter), and Reddit.
* Create simple, engaging AI-assisted posts specifically for LinkedIn and X.
* Actively monitor and respond to one Reddit question daily, fostering community engagement.

This is an ongoing role with an expected commitment of 22 days per month, approximately 4 hours per day.

Requirements:
* Proven video editing skills.
* Familiarity and experience with AI tools for content creation.
* Strong organizational skills for managing content across multiple social media channels.
* Ability to maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
