We are looking for a developer to create a custom AI assistant (“Kartgpt”) that helps us analyze and consult karting regulations (national and international – fpak, fia, technical and sporting rules). The goal is to have a private tool that allows us to:

Main Requirements • Upload and process official PDF regulations (sporting, technical, circulars). • Extract, clean, and chunk the text for efficient search. • Use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with embeddings (FAISS, Pinecone, or similar) to enable precise answers. • Query with natural language questions (e.g., “What happens if the driver does not meet the minimum weight?”). • Answers should be concise and reference the original article/page from the regulation. • Build a simple user interface (web app with Streamlit or similar) to ask questions and view answers. Integration with Telegram or WhatsApp bot for quick queries during races. • Ability to update regulations easily (replace PDFs and rebuild the index). • Basic multi-language support (Portuguese & English). • Functionality to generate drafts of formal protests citing the correct articles.
