Krr Masterplan

First of all it is worth noting that I have circa 40 rai of exceptionally beautiful land  with an abundance of water features on which I plan to build residences especially for people from colder climates who wish to spend their retirement in a "Garden of Eden"n in rural Thailand called "Khek River Retreat".

The illustration job I want done is the creation of a KRR "Master Plan" by working from a Google map of the property. The end product wanted is a hand drawn an aerial view illustration of KRR featuring what actually exists on the ground now but also featuring an artist's impression of the customised residences that will be built for those who want to buy them and come to live at Khek River Retreat.

To ensure reality, tt is envisaged that the appointed contractor may have to visit to KRR and if so, the the related costs will be reimbursed.
