Laravel/Php Developer for Data Management Application

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a custom data management application. The core technologies required for this project are Laravel and PHP. The application should provide a robust and intuitive interface for managing specific types of data (details will be provided upon project initiation).

Key functionalities expected include:
- User authentication and authorization (different access levels)
- CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations for data records
- Data validation and integrity checks
- Reporting or data export capabilities (e.g., CSV, Excel)
