I need a complaint letter to send to the authority departments such as PDRM, local council, Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia, Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam...Etc.

The problem we are facing...

There is a bar playing very loud music and disturbing the neighborhood in the area and we wish to lodge formal complaints to the local authority. Because we have tried many times by phone complaint to PDRM and local council seems nothing can help from them.
