We are seeking experienced lawyers to assist in establishing a Limited Liability Company (llc) or (ltd) specializing in cryptocurrency-related operations. This project requires expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and an understanding of the unique legal environment surrounding cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. The selected independent lawyer will be responsible for guiding us through the entire incorporation process, including but not limited to: drafting and reviewing the articles of association and operating agreements; ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal regulations; advising on potential licensing requirements; and addressing any specific legal considerations related to the management, trading, or related services of digital assets. The goal is to create a sound, compliant, and fully operational legal entity in the cryptocurrency sector.
