We are launching a new food product: Latin American (Nicaraguan) Food Bowls served from a mobile food trailer/truck. The idea is a low cost, very filling bowl of gallopinto (rice and beans) with meat and fried cheese.  The name is Bowlazo - roughly translates to big bowl.
Although I have some preliminary sketches, I would really like to see where your creativity takes you.
