I am currently seeking for social media managers to join my team. I am looking for someone with experience in social media management, and a degree is not a requirement as long as you have relevant experience in this role. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for handling multiple accounts, preferably 3 to 5 accounts or more, and implementing effective strategies to achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.

- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each client's goals and objectives.

- Create engaging and creative content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to drive audience engagement and increase brand awareness.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments, and engage with followers to foster a sense of community.

- Analyze social media performance using various tools and platforms, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and content creation.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create engaging and compelling content.

- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

- A keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all social media activities.

Contract Duration and Salary:

- This is a contract position with a duration of 3 to 6 months. Upon successful completion of the contract period and based on performance, there is a possibility of becoming a regular employee.

- The salary for this position starts at 20,000 pesos per month and will increase based on your ability to handle more accounts and deliver outstanding results.
