The teeth are complete and clearly visible, with a slight inclination that gives it an aggressive expression. The shadows on the eyes and nasal cavity reinforce its dark and sinister appearance.

Across the skull, from side to side, is a knife. The blade has a metallic tone and reflects light in some spots, highlighting its sharp edge.
