Long-Term Video Editor for Multi-Channel Ai Youtube Network

We are building a portfolio of faceless, AI-assisted YouTube channels and are seeking a reliable long-term video editor to integrate into our production workflow. Our content spans various evergreen and high-RPM niches, ensuring consistent weekly volume and clear production systems.

Content Types:
- Educational / Documentary: Projects include engineering topics, corporate narratives, and business analysis (pricing, market trends).
- History / Storytelling: Atmospheric, “sleep-friendly” content focusing on historical events and figures.
- News & Faith: Fast-turnaround updates on retail/pricing and engaging religious or spiritual content.

Responsibilities:
- Edit faceless, voiceover-driven YouTube videos, including both long-form and fast-turnaround formats.
- Adapt editing pace between fast-paced retention-focused techniques and cinematic/atmospheric styles.
- Source and manage stock footage, archival materials, and AI-generated visuals.
- Work with AI video tools such as Kling and Veo, or demonstrate a quick learning ability for new technologies.
- Create clear and effective on-screen text, charts, quotes, and headlines.
- Design compelling YouTube thumbnails optimized for click-through rate (CTR) and consistent with brand style.
- Synchronize AI voiceovers with music, sound design elements, and visual beats.

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- A solid understanding of YouTube retention strategies, including pacing, pattern interrupts, and effective B-roll usage.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an organized workflow and manage multiple channel styles simultaneously.
- Comfortable with high-volume production and committed to long-term collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meticulously follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
