La tarea es maquetar este diseño igual que la imagen y que sea responsive (pc, celular, tablet). Recomiendo usar Bootstrap.

Lo que no va del diseño para esta etapa es el bloque del video y la suscripción a los mails.

Para presupuestar te podés basar en el jpg, que es claro. Con quien avancemos en la propuesta recibirá el PSD para trabajar.
