Matt Colin - Experienced Full Stack Developer for Patient System Debugging, Optimization, and Enhancement

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to debug, optimize, and enhance our existing modular Patient System. This system is crucial as it integrates with our main workflow platform and currently manages patient and insurance details, handles insurance plans and fee schedules, and provides exportable data via APIs. We require a developer to focus on improvements, debugging, and overall system optimizations.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
* Fix existing issues within the patient intake module, covering both frontend and backend components.
* Improve the reliability of existing APIs and ensure robust database integrity.
* Enhance current csv and json data export functionalities.
* Update and maintain comprehensive documentation, including API specifications, database schemas, and a setup guide.

Our current technology stack includes:
•  Frontend: React, Nextjs, and TypeScript.
•  Backend: Python (preferably with FastAPI) or Nodejs.
• Database: PostgreSQL (preferred) or MongoDB.

Required Skills and Experience:
•  Proven experience in maintaining and improving existing full-stack web applications.
• Strong debugging capabilities and expertise in API integration.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and database schemas.
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as jwt and api keys, as well as robust form validation techniques.
• Ability to identify and implement performance optimizations and improve UI responsiveness.

Candidates with prior experience troubleshooting or enhancing healthcare-related systems will be highly valued.
