I need to migrate a flash file that contains couple of screens with text to a new structure in html .
2 things that need to be different from source file:
1. Resolution - its 3:4 and need to be 16:9
2.

Format - its fla/swf , i have source files, want to build it from scratch in html or anther local (no dependency in internet connection) solution.
