Modern Exterior Design for Private Retreat Front Boundary Wall and Entrance Façade

We are seeking a skilled architect or exterior designer to develop a comprehensive modern design for the front boundary wall and entrance façade of a private family retreat (Istiraha/weekend house). The project scope includes the entire front boundary wall, all gates and doors, the front parking area, and a modern pergola-style car canopy.

The façade features several distinct entrances: a main pedestrian entrance, a garage/car gate, a door for the driver’s room, a private family entrance, a service entrance, and a separate entrance for an external annex. All these elements, along with lighting, materials, and basic landscaping details, must be integrated into one cohesive architectural composition.

The design should embody a refined contemporary style, utilizing materials such as light beige natural travertine, warm wood-look cladding, and modern metal gates. The aesthetic should feature clean architectural lines and concealed lighting to achieve an elegant, balanced, luxurious, and modern feel, avoiding overly decorative or traditional elements. The new design must seamlessly complement the existing modern and elegant interior architecture of the retreat.

Required deliverables for this project include:
* At least two initial design concepts.
* High-quality daytime and nighttime 3D renderings.
* A full front elevation drawing detailing all gates and entrances.
* Recommendations for materials, finishes, and color palettes.
* Basic drawings with dimensions suitable for execution.
* Editable source files in SketchUp or AutoCAD format.
