Necesito modificar una plantilla en html5 para que sea el backend de mi sitio web , lo necesito en PHP, es un sitio web dedicado a transferencias internacionales de dinero por esta razon es muy importante el tema de la seguridad  debera poder gestionar destinatarios, envios, estado de los envios,enviar emails y SMS de confirmacion uan ves la transferencia ha sido exitosa, poder inactivar cuentas desde el area administrativa , gestionar usuarios,
