I need a video editor who can create short videos using CapCut. I will provide the images and music. Your task will be to make engaging 15-30 second videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts using smooth transitions and trendy effects. Simple and clean editing is preferred. I need multiple videos every week.
