I want to advertise my website in fb and google. I need to know what services you can offer regarding this. Do you include keyword, copywriting, ad banner design? do I need to pay the ads by myself or included in your service? my target is for my country only.

Just assume i don't know anything about this in your explanation and proposal. Budget is not final, let me know the realistic number.
