Senior Ads Manager – Strategic Overview
Goal: Build and optimize paid advertising strategies that deliver 15+ qualified high-ticket leads per month, maintaining profitability and alignment with sales.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct a complete audit of current Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
Design and launch new lead-generation campaigns focused on affluent homeowners in the DMV area.
Manage and optimize a $2,000 monthly ad budget, allocating effectively between search and retargeting.
Implement and refine conversion tracking through Calendly, calls, and form submissions.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize CTR and conversion rate.
Create Looker Studio dashboards for visual reporting.
Collaborate with Marcelo and the Social Media Manager to ensure cross-channel consistency.
Technical Skills Required:
Advanced Google Ads & Meta Ads management.
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical mindset with high accountability.
Experience in construction, home improvement, or high-ticket B2C campaigns.
