It is call dass 21 test to measure the mental health of the user. For my project, this test will be used by university students. They will answer the test and get the result on the spot.
The result will tell them how much they are scored in 3 categories(stresd,anxiety,depression) with complete description. Based on the description, student can make a decision wether they need to see counsellor or not. The result from each student will be stored in database to do a statistic for each month.
This project need to be written in php,html,css,javascript n sql.
