Quisiera presupuesto pagina web acceso por usuario y contraseña a base de datos online, para acceso a datos en una tabla, poder añadir, eliminar, y modificar datos desde esa pagina web.  El presupuesto es menor de 890$.  Si es posible en codigo asp y sql server, o n su defecto php y mysql o similar, pero eso me aumentaria el costo de la inversion al tener que cambiar a un servidor linux, ahora lo tengo en windows server.
El proyecto debe estar listo para primeros de Febrero.  Antes de pagar necesito probarlo de alguna forma. Pueden ver mi web: http://wwwcps-w.c
