Necesito una comunidad foro, que debe ser administrada por mi, tratara diferentes temas, debe basarse en la seguridad, con posibilidad de banear usuarios, total control por parte de la administracion, y configuracion del sitio, debe exigir pagos para registrarse mediante btc, y codigo de referencia.

Y un sistema de pagos de btc integrado para otro tipo de servicios..
