This is a scoped, paid trial of about 8 hours. The goal is to see how you think before you build: your judgment, how you read paid-social data, how you use AI tools, and whether the creative you produce reflects what the numbers say works. Strong work here leads to ongoing, longer-term collaboration.We're a consultancy working at the intersection of franchise development and modern tech. We move fast, test often, and lean on AI tools to do more with less. We value people who take initiative, own outcomes, and get curious about the work.Before the build, answer a short intake in your proposal (about 15 minutes, outside the 8 hours). Be direct — a line or two each.Fit:Have you run paid social yourself (built, launched, read results, iterated), or only produced creative for someone else who ran it?Describe one creative where you turned a loser into a winner based on data: what the data said, what you changed, what happened. Attach the example to your proposal if you have it.Your tools:What's your design stack (Figma, Canva, other)?Realistic turnaround for one static ad set, one carousel, and one short video?Your AI tools:Which AI tool do you reach for first — for image, for video, for copy — and where does each one fail you?During the task, note which AI tools you used and how. Show a prompt or two, or a sentence on your process.
