I am looking for a thoughtful, organized, and creative virtual assistant to support a small nonprofit organization focused on environmental stewardship, community cleanups, waste management education, and community-led solutions in Fiji and the Pacific Islands.

The organization has years of cleanup photos, community work, project updates, and environmental content that needs to be organized and turned into meaningful social media posts, website updates, and simple nonprofit communications.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only good at completing tasks, but also understands storytelling, organization, and clear communication.

I am starting with **5 hours per week** because I want to build a clear workflow first. If the trial goes well and we work well together, this may become a longer-term role with more consistent weekly hours.

**Main Responsibilities**

The assistant may help with:

* Organizing photos and videos into Google Drive folders
* Creating simple Canva graphics for social media
* Drafting captions for Facebook and Instagram
* Preparing content from cleanup photos and project notes
* Helping organize nonprofit documents and project materials
* Creating simple weekly task summaries
* Doing online research for donors, partners, grants, sponsors, or environmental topics
* Helping prepare basic website content updates
* Tracking what was completed and what still needs attention
* Supporting general nonprofit admin tasks

**Skills Required**

**Trial Project**

This project will begin with a **2-week paid trial** at approximately **5 hours per week**.

The purpose of the trial is to see how well we work together, how clearly you communicate, and whether you understand the tone and mission of the nonprofit.

Maverick’s Wave Tribes United is a nonprofit organization working to support environmental stewardship, waste awareness, and community-based cleanup efforts in Fiji and the Pacific Islands.

The heart of the work is helping communities understand that waste does not disappear once it leaves our hands. Every piece of rubbish has a journey, and responsibility begins with each of us.

We work with community leaders, local volunteers, and village-based efforts to support cleaner land, waterways, and coastal environments.
