Photo & Video Organizer for Powerlifting Events

We are looking for a reliable operator to help organize photos and videos from powerlifting competitions. Throughout the year we cover several sports events and need someone who can sort media files and prepare individual photo and video packages for each athlete. This is a remote and ongoing collaboration. Estimated workload: about 10-15 events per year, around 30 athletes per event. For each event: about 30 photo packages, about 30 video packages. Tasks include: Photo management: receive the photos already taken at the event, import and organize them using Adobe Lightroom, sort and group photos by athlete name, export a photo package for each athlete. Video management: review videos of the lifts, identify the lifts for each athlete (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift), divide clips by athlete, create a short edited video with the best lifts. Video editing will be done using CapCut. Competition results check: use the official athlete list and competition results, identify the best valid lifts, include the correct clips in the final video. File delivery: create one Smash link for the photo package, create one Smash link for the video package, insert both links in an Excel file for the event. Software used: Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, Excel / Google Sheets, Smash (file sharing). Required skills: experience with Lightroom, basic video editing with CapCut, strong file organization skills, attention to athlete names and details, reliability and precision. Experience with sports events or large photo sets is a plus.
