Hola!

Estoy buscando a una persona que me realice un portal de colaboración donde pueda subir a personas de una empresa y se puedan hacer publicaciones, perfilar cada uno de los empleados, aplicar examenes.

Todo debe estar hosteado en la nube, reflejando analitica de los resultados por cada uno de los perfiles como serian: progreso de la persona que esta estudiando, mostrar a las personas en el portal catalogos de los productos etc.

Por otra parte este portal debe de ser visto via web y movil.

Quisiera saber:

1. Cuanto tiempo se tardaria en desarrollarlo
2. Cuanto me cobraria?
