Preliminary Three Story Townhouse Design

I am looking for a talented architect that has a keen eye for space planning and natural light design. If you're interested in working in maximizing spaces for a multi-generational family, while being design conscious of how the physical environment plays a role in a human being's psychology then this project is for you since it's a really good problem to solve!  I already have the bare infrastructure design on Google Sketch up and looking to collaborate with a trained architect on space design.

Previous work experiences in space planning for condominiums and townhouses, environmental architecture, and personally interested in architecture/design from Mexico, Morrocco, Philippines, New York, and Paris is a plus.
