We are seeking an expert Editorial Designer to create a premium Digital Guide focused on ancestral healing and herbal remedies for the US market. This is a high-end project that requires a "Heritage" and "Ancient Wisdom" aesthetic, aiming for the look of a rediscovered 19th-century manuscript with high-quality botanical illustrations. The official title will be shared with the selected candidate.
Scope of Work:
- Layout and design for a 60-80 page digital guide. All text content will be provided.
Visual Identity:
- The design should evoke a vintage, sophisticated, and apothecary-style feel.
- Integration of high-quality botanical illustrations is crucial. The designer will be responsible for sourcing public domain botanical art from provided lists (e.g., Rawpixel, Biodiversity Library).
Deliverable:
- A polished, secure PDF file ready for distribution.
Requirements:
- Advanced experience in Editorial Design (DTP).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in elegant typography and complex layouts, beyond basic social media graphics.
- Ability to work meticulously with English content, ensuring high attention to detail.
